Job Summary:
We are seeking a TikTok Shop Creator who is deeply TikTok-native and experienced in both creative strategy and hands-on content creation. This role sits at the intersection of trend forecasting, performance analysis, and short-form video production, with a clear focus on driving engagement, discovery, and revenue through TikTok. You will own the TikTok content roadmap end-to-end, translating insights and trends into scroll-stopping, conversion-driven content while collaborating closely with Growth, Creative, Influencer, and Paid teams.
Responsibilities:
Own and execute the TikTok content strategy aligned with brand, growth, and product priorities
Build and manage weekly and monthly content calendars tied to launches, campaigns, and cultural moments
Translate performance insights into actionable creative briefs, concepts, and content themes
Identify whitespace opportunities across formats such as UGC-style content, trends, education, POVs, and product demos
Concept, script, film, and edit TikTok content optimized for platform-native performance
Create authentic, non-overproduced videos that resonate with TikTok audiences
Test multiple hooks, angles, and storytelling structures per concept and iterate rapidly based on results
Monitor TikTok trends, sounds, formats, and creator behavior, adapting them in a brand-safe and commercially relevant way
Track and analyze content performance including views, engagement, saves, CTR, and conversions
Partner with growth and paid teams to identify high-performing organic content for amplification
Collaborate with influencer, affiliate, creative, and brand teams to ensure consistency in voice, tone, and visual identity
Support product launches with high-impact TikTok storytelling
Requirements:
1–2+ years of experience creating and/or strategizing TikTok content for a brand or creator account
Deep understanding of TikTok trends, algorithms, and creator culture
Proven ability to produce content that drives both engagement and conversion
Strong storytelling instincts with a clear focus on hooks and retention
Comfortable being on camera and directing others on camera when needed
Highly organized, fast-moving, and comfortable testing, learning, and iterating quickly
Data-informed creative mindset with a focus on performance over vanity metrics
