TikTok Shop Operations Manager

Permanent Employee, Full-time, Remote, PST Shift
Monthly Net Salary: ₱40,000 to ₱60,000

Job Summary:

Own end-to-end TikTok Shop operations for creator storefronts. You will set up shops, manage product catalogs, coordinate fulfillment, ensure policy compliance, and build scalable processes so creators can sell without friction. This role suits a highly organized, proactive operator who loves turning moving parts into clean, reliable systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead onboarding and configuration of new TikTok Shops for creators, ensuring fast, accurate setup.

  • Manage the full product listing lifecycle: uploads, keywords, creatives, pricing updates, inventory sync, and listing health.

  • Coordinate order flow between internal fulfillment systems and TikTok Shop; monitor SLAs, troubleshoot shipping and OMS issues, and resolve exceptions.

  • Maintain platform compliance by mastering TikTok Shop policies, guidelines, rating standards, and best practices.

  • Partner with Creator Management and DTC Strategy on promos and campaigns; provide operational readiness plans and post-mortems.

  • Build and maintain SOPs, checklists, and documentation; design scalable processes and automations to reduce errors and manual work.

  • Track operational KPIs such as listing accuracy, order cycle times, cancellation rate, on-time ship rate, and store rating; surface insights and corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or similar operational role. Direct TikTok Shop experience is a strong plus.

  • Proven organizational rigor and attention to detail across multi-step workflows and cross-team dependencies.

  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to anticipate risks, triage issues, and drive resolutions quickly.

  • Process builder who documents clearly and improves systems over time.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication for internal teams and creator partners.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities.

  • Bonus: experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, OMS tools, and basic logistics and fulfillment concepts; familiarity with SQL or workflow automation is helpful.
