Walmart Marketplace Listing Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Walmart Marketplace Listing Specialist to manage and optimize product listings across the Walmart platform. This role is responsible for overseeing the full listing lifecycle — from creation and troubleshooting to optimization and performance tracking — ensuring every SKU is compliant, discoverable, and conversion-ready. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Walmart Seller Center and a deep understanding of listing quality requirements for CPG, beauty, or supplement products.
Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end process for all Walmart listings: creation, uploads, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Optimize content for maximum visibility and conversion — including titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, backend attributes, and keywords.
Monitor listings for suppression, errors, and compliance flags; resolve issues directly within Walmart Seller Center.
Use data to inform optimizations — run A/B tests, track search rankings, and refine content based on performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, creative) to support product launches, seasonal updates, and merchandising goals.
Maintain listing accuracy and consistency across categories and SKUs, adhering to Walmart’s content and policy standards.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience managing Walmart Marketplace listings, ideally for a CPG, beauty, or supplements brand.
Proficiency with Walmart Seller Center, including troubleshooting listing errors and understanding Listing Quality Score components.
Strong working knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research tools, and content formatting guidelines.
Ability to handle multiple SKUs and product updates simultaneously with precision and speed.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
