AI Product Manager

Job Summary:
We’re seeking an AI Product Manager with deep LLM/AI engineering fluency to define the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI solutions that accelerate brand growth. You’ll translate high-impact brand use cases into scalable products, partner tightly with engineering and data science, and drive measurable impact across marketing, operations, and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for AI/LLM solutions—from discovery to launch and iteration.
Translate brand and e-commerce use cases into clear PRDs, success metrics, and go-to-market plans.
Partner with engineers and data scientists to design, build, and ship LLM-powered applications (prompt flows, fine-tuned models, RAG systems, agents).
Lead experimentation (A/B tests, offline/online evals) and model performance measurement to improve accuracy, latency, and ROI.
Drive adoption with cross-functional partners (marketing, CX, ops), enabling workflows, training, and change management.
Ensure responsible AI practices, data privacy, and compliance are embedded in product design.
Requirements:
Proven experience in AI product management delivering LLM/NLP products (consumer brands or e-commerce a strong plus).
Hands-on understanding of LLM engineering: prompt design, RAG, fine-tuning, model evaluation, and guardrails.
Ability to write clear PRDs, define KPIs (e.g., uptime, win rate, CSAT/CR/ROAS lift), and run data-driven roadmaps.
Strong cross-functional leadership and communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with MLOps concepts (deployment, monitoring, feedback loops) and data pipeline fundamentals.
Nice to have: experience with vector databases, orchestration frameworks/agents, and gen-AI safety tooling.
