Job Summary:

We are continuously building our talent pool for experienced Amazon Specialists who can support various aspects of Amazon marketplace operations. This evergreen opportunity is intended for passive recruitment and future hiring needs across different clients and business models.

We welcome professionals with experience in one or more Amazon-related functions, including Catalog Management, PPC, Brand Management, Sourcing, Account Management, Case Management, and Listing Optimization. Depending on the specific opportunity, responsibilities may vary based on the client’s needs, team structure, and business goals.

This role is ideal for candidates who understand the Amazon ecosystem, are detail-oriented, and can help brands improve operational efficiency, visibility, compliance, and overall marketplace performance.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage and optimize Amazon product listings, catalog data, and backend content

  • Support listing creation, variation setup, flat file uploads, and content updates

  • Monitor listing health, suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and account issues

  • Handle Amazon cases and communicate with Seller Support to resolve operational concerns

  • Assist with Amazon PPC campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and performance analysis

  • Support keyword research, SEO, and content improvements to increase product visibility and conversion

  • Help maintain brand presence and compliance within Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central

  • Coordinate account health monitoring, policy compliance, and issue escalation when needed

  • Conduct product or supplier sourcing research for Amazon-focused businesses

  • Track marketplace performance metrics and prepare reports, insights, or recommendations

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, marketing, customer support, and design to execute Amazon-related initiatives

  • Support ongoing process improvements across Amazon workflows and marketplace operations

Requirements:

  • Experience working with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, or both

  • Background in at least one key Amazon function such as catalog, PPC, brand management, sourcing, account management, case handling, or listing optimization

  • Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace operations, policies, and best practices

  • Ability to manage details accurately in a fast-paced e-commerce environment

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and performance data

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to different client needs and account structures

  • Experience supporting e-commerce or marketplace brands is highly preferred

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Amazon flat files, inventory files, or bulk uploads

  • Familiarity with keyword research and Amazon SEO

  • Experience with PPC reporting and campaign optimization

  • Exposure to account health, compliance, reimbursements, or support case handling

  • Experience working with agencies, aggregators, or multi-brand e-commerce businesses
