Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional support, and managing order-related concerns on various social media platforms. The position requires proficiency in using Emplifi or a similar customer service tool. As a key member of our Customer Care team, you will engage with customers, resolve issues, and contribute to the overall success of our customer service efforts.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries on social media, manage channels for a positive experience, and collaborate with the marketing team for feedback.
Assist customers with inquiries, coordinate with fulfillment for timely delivery, and process returns, refunds, and exchanges as per company policies.
Maintain a positive and professional tone, offering product recommendations and information based on customer needs.
Efficiently use Emplifi or a similar tool for customer interactions, leveraging features to enhance communication and service.
Identify and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for complex issues.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.
Familiarity with Emplifi or a comparable customer service tool.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
