Production & Client Success Coordinator (Apparel)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Apparel Production & Client Success Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for private label clients. This role is focused on coordination, communication, and execution, supporting client orders from initial intake through production and delivery.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple moving pieces, and has exceptional attention to detail. This role requires strong follow-through, proactive communication, and the ability to coordinate effectively across clients, operations, logistics, and finance teams.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for private label clients
Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and timely follow-up
Respond to client inquiries and provide regular updates on order status, production timelines, and delivery expectations
Escalate issues and coordinate solutions with internal teams when necessary
Order & Production Coordination
Organize and maintain client order information, specifications, requirements, and documentation
Track orders throughout the production lifecycle from intake through fulfillment
Ensure client requests, approvals, and requirements are accurately documented and communicated to internal teams
Follow up internally on outstanding questions, approvals, and order requirements
Logistics & Shipping Coordination
Monitor inbound shipments and logistics timelines
Coordinate outbound shipping of finished goods
Communicate shipping updates and delivery expectations to clients
Work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Administrative & Operational Support
Maintain accurate records, trackers, client files, and operational documentation
Monitor order progress and proactively identify potential delays or issues
Coordinate between clients, operations, logistics, and finance teams
Follow up on invoicing status and ensure clients receive necessary information
Support process improvements to increase operational efficiency and client satisfaction
Requirements:
Strong administrative, account coordination, client service, or operations coordination experience
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable serving as the primary point of contact for clients
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and coordination skills
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to communication
Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
Availability to work full-time remotely during EST hours, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM EST
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Experience in apparel, garment manufacturing, fashion, sourcing, merchandising, logistics, or supply chain environments preferred
Experience coordinating production orders, client accounts, private label, or wholesale clients preferred
Familiarity with shipping, logistics, order tracking, production tracking, or order management systems preferred
