Sales Development Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our sales team by generating and booking qualified meetings with hospitality businesses. The primary focus of this role is outbound prospecting through cold calls, reference checks, and referrals to identify potential clients and schedule meetings for the sales team.

The ideal candidate speaks clear and professional English, is comfortable conducting outbound calls, and has prior experience working in the hospitality industry. This background will help build credibility and rapport when engaging with restaurant, hotel, and hospitality operators.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Prospecting

    • Conduct outbound cold calls to hospitality businesses to introduce the company’s staffing solutions

    • Use reference checks and referrals to uncover new potential prospects

    • Identify decision makers and qualify potential opportunities

  • Meeting Generation

    • Schedule qualified discovery meetings for the sales team

    • Ensure prospects meet the target customer profile before booking meetings

    • Maintain a consistent daily outreach cadence through calls and follow ups

  • Pipeline and CRM Management

    • Track outreach activity, prospects, and meetings in the CRM system

    • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up opportunities

    • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, cold calling, or outbound sales

  • Clear and professional English communication skills

  • Comfortable conducting high volume outbound calls

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

  • Previous work experience in the hospitality industry

  • Experience working in a B2B platform company or technology company is preferred

  • Experience using CRM platforms to track outreach activity and manage pipeline is preferred
