Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

We welcome professionals with experience in one or more areas of sales, including lead generation, outbound prospecting, inbound sales, appointment setting, account management, business development, closing, and client relationship management. Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients through outbound and inbound sales efforts
Conduct lead generation, prospecting, and outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn, or other channels
Manage sales conversations and guide prospects through the sales process
Book appointments, discovery calls, or sales meetings for the appropriate team members
Present products or services in a clear and compelling manner based on client needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with leads, prospects, and existing clients
Follow up consistently to nurture opportunities and move prospects through the pipeline
Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and deal progress in CRM systems
Support proposal preparation, quoting, and sales documentation when needed
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure a smooth client experience
Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and conversion metrics
Contribute ideas and improvements to strengthen sales processes and overall team performance
Requirements:
Experience in sales, business development, lead generation, account management, or a related client-facing role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience handling outreach, follow-ups, negotiation, or client relationship management
Ability to build rapport and communicate confidently with prospects and clients
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads or accounts at once
Comfortable working with CRM systems, sales trackers, and performance metrics
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
Ability to work independently and adapt to different industries, products, or service offerings
Nice to Have
Experience with B2B sales, B2C sales, or both
Experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, or appointment setting
Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools
Experience working with international clients or remote teams
Background in agency, service-based, e-commerce, SaaS, or other fast-paced environments
