TikTok Shop Account Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced TikTok Shop Account Manager to oversee day-to-day execution across multiple consumer brands within a fast-paced affiliate and TikTok Shop environment. This role serves as the operational backbone of the account pod, ensuring smooth execution across creator pipeline management, backend configuration, campaign coordination, reporting, and overall brand performance support.
The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience scaling TikTok Shop brands, understands both the strategic and operational side of affiliate growth, and is comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously. This person should be proactive, highly accountable, data-driven, and able to anticipate needs before they become problems.
This is a part-time remote role requiring availability Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, for a total of 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Account & Program Management
Manage day-to-day execution across 4–6 active TikTok Shop brand accounts
Oversee campaign cadence, operational workflows, and account deliverables across assigned brands
Act as the primary operational point of contact for internal execution, helping resolve day-to-day issues and reduce escalation needs
Maintain visibility into account priorities and proactively identify risks, gaps, or opportunities across brands
TikTok Shop Backend & Affiliate Operations
Own backend TikTok Shop operations, including affiliate program setup, campaign configuration, approval queues, and product relinking
Support creator pipeline management, including retainer creator coordination and sourcing for marketing account creators
Assist with campaign initiatives such as bounty drop proposals, leaderboard announcements, and creator-facing community coordination
Monitor account activity and ensure all recurring operational tasks are completed accurately and on time
Reporting, Analysis & Cross-Functional Execution
Pull and analyze daily conversion and performance data to support pricing recommendations and campaign decisions
Prepare and deliver weekly end-of-week performance reports for all assigned brands
Use performance data to identify trends, flag issues, and support strategic recommendations
Collaborate closely with leadership and internal stakeholders to improve workflows, optimize execution, and support account growth
Requirements:
At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop brands, either agency-side or brand-side
Proven experience helping scale TikTok Shop accounts, including launching or growing shops from early-stage to meaningful revenue
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop affiliate operations, backend setup, creator management, and campaign execution
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and translate them into actionable recommendations
Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style across internal teams, leadership, and clients
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple brands, deadlines, and moving priorities at once
High level of accountability, ownership, and follow-through
Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-moving environment
Availability to work Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, totaling 20 hours per week
