Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Walmart Advertising Specialist (Walmart Connect) to manage and scale advertising campaigns on Walmart Marketplace. This role focuses on driving profitable growth through structured campaign management, performance optimization, and strategic advertising initiatives.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Walmart Connect, understands Walmart’s advertising ecosystem, and can independently manage campaigns while continuously improving ROAS and overall marketplace performance. This role may be structured as part-time or full-time depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Walmart Connect advertising campaigns across the Walmart Marketplace
Build, launch, and structure Sponsored Products campaigns aligned with catalog strategy
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Monitor key performance metrics including ACOS, ROAS, conversion rate, and ad spend efficiency
Adjust bids, budgets, targeting, and campaign structures to improve performance
Identify new advertising opportunities to expand reach and increase revenue
Collaborate with internal teams to align advertising strategy with product catalog and promotions
Provide regular performance reporting with insights and recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
2+ years of experience managing Walmart Connect advertising campaigns
Proven experience optimizing and scaling Walmart Marketplace advertising performance
Strong understanding of Walmart advertising structure, campaign setup, and algorithm behavior
Experience managing ROAS, ACOS, and profitability-focused advertising strategies
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and performance trends
Ability to work independently and manage campaigns end-to-end
Experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns preferred
Familiarity with advertising tools such as Pacvue, Perpetua, Teikametrics, or similar platforms preferred
Experience working with growing marketplace or e-commerce brands preferred
