Wholesale Sales Representative
Permanent Employee, Full-time, Remote, PST Shift
Monthly Net Salary: ₱40,000 to ₱50,000
Job Summary:
Seeking a driven, relationship-oriented Wholesale Sales Representative to grow distribution across cafés, gift boutiques, and specialty grocery accounts. You will prospect and win new partners, nurture existing relationships from first contact through reorders, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and continual account growth.
Responsibilities:
Identify, research, and prospect target accounts; conduct outreach via email, phone, and social to open new doors.
Build and manage a qualified pipeline; track activities, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM.
Attend trade shows and industry events as needed to drive awareness and new business.
Onboard and manage wholesale partners; support merchandising, staff education, promotions, and new product introductions.
Coordinate with Operations to ensure accurate inventory, timely fulfillment, and smooth logistics.
Hit and exceed targets for new account acquisition, retention, and revenue; maintain clear reports and dashboards.
Share market feedback on pricing, packaging, and trends; partner with Marketing/Product on aligned promos and campaigns.
Requirements:
2–5 years in wholesale, field sales, or business development (consumer goods preferred).
Familiarity or relationships within café, gift, and specialty food/grocery channels is a strong plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication; persuasive, customer-first mindset.
Self-motivated, organized, and effective working independently.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for pipeline management and reporting.
